After completing a course in women's health physio I came back to work passionate about teaching women what I had just learned and started an Instagram page.

As the social media presence was growing I opened a private practice and expanded it to include online 1:1 coaching and app and workout guides.

Since it's start Postbump has changed branding, services and platforms but the mission has always remained the same- to help women navigate this season of their life and to change the way we approach postpartum recovery.
